Principle
MagAttract 96 DNA Plant Kit 专为从植物组织全自动、高通量制备基因组和叶绿体 DNA 而设计。成熟可靠的 MagAttract 磁微粒技术与 BioRobot Plant Science 系统（不再提供）相结合，可实现高效、可重现的 DNA 纯化（见图“ 可重现的产量”）。

Procedure
使用 TissueLyser 等匀浆器对植物样本进行机械破碎。将所得粉末在裂解缓冲液中重新悬浮、充分混合并离心。将裂解物转移到含有 MagAttract 磁微粒的 96 孔微孔板上，基因组 DNA 会选择性地与微粒表面结合（见“ MagAttract 96 DNA Plant Core 操作流程”）。经过清洗，用低盐缓冲液洗脱纯基因组 DNA 后，即可将其用于下游应用。MagAttract 96 DNA Plant Kit 专为配合 BioRobot Plant Science 系统进行全自动 DNA 纯化而设计。QIAGEN 还提供使用 BioRobot RapidPlate 工作站的自动方案和用于评估的手动方案。
