Product Details

Performance

使用 FlexiGene 系统纯化的 DNA 大小可达 150 kb（见图“ 高品质基因组 DNA”）。它在扩增和南方印迹法实验中表现出色，也适用于归档（见图“ 高效的下游 PCR 分析”）。

Principle

FlexiGene DNA 系统可从不同量的全血、血沉棕黄层和培养细胞中分离基因组 DNA。简单的纯化操作流程在单管内完成，从而降低成本并简化操作。纯化的 DNA 在敏感的下游应用中表现出色。

Procedure
