ipsogen SIL-TAL1 Standards可用于Rotor-Gene Q实时荧光定量PCR分析仪或其他real-time PCR仪的real-time PCR实验。这些即用型质粒DNA标准品已经过优化，能够对SIL-TAL1融合基因转录本进行可靠、灵敏的定量检测。
Principle
ipsogen SIL-TAL1 Standards是极其稳定的质粒DNA，其设计符合欧洲抗癌协会（Europe Against Cancer，简称EAC）的推荐。这些标准品可通过用含有靶基因的已知浓度质粒DNA稀释液生成标准曲线，而准确的定量检测SIL-TAL1融合基因转录本的拷贝数。ipsogen SIL-TAL1 Standards包含特定SIL-TAL1融合基因的5个稀释液。稀释液中每5 μl分别含有101、102、103、105和106个拷贝。
Applications
