ipsogen Standards precisely quantify the copy number of control gene, fusion gene, or mutated gene transcripts by generating standard curves based on the known concentration of plasmid DNA dilutions of the target gene. Each control gene standard includes 3 or 4 dilutions of a given gene.
- ABL: either 3 (103, 104, 105 copies in 5 μl) or 4 dilutions (103, 104, 105, 106 copies in 5 μl)
- B2M: 3 dilutions (105, 106, 107 copies in 5 μl)
- BCR and GUS: 3 dilutions (103, 104, 105 copies in 5 μl)
Each fusion gene standard and mutated gene standard includes 5 dilutions of a given fusion gene or mutated gene. The dilutions provide 10

ipsogen Standards are extremely stable DNA plasmids and are designed according to Europe Against Cancer (EAC) recommendations for control gene and fusion gene transcripts.
