Is it possible to synthesize membrane proteins using the EasyXpress Protein Synthesis Kit?

The EasyXpress Protein Synthesis Kit has been developed for a broad spectrum of proteins. We have customer records on successful synthesis of membrane proteins with this kit, and encourage researchers to give it a try. There may be certain optimization steps necessary that have to be determined empirically (eg., extra lipids to support membrane protein synthesis, addition of detergent to E. coli extracts).
